Happy Beginning of International Peace Month
Starting today and for the next thirty days there is going to be an international peace prayer every night. I'm going to be doing my own quiet personal prayers and meditation. I may also do a free write in honor of the time. I'm hoping that I can encourage others to do their own little thing.
Today's prompt is going to be Tragic. A few questions that go with the word for those of us where the word isn't enough might include: What is something tragic that has happened in your own life? Something you find tragic globally? Who or what has helped you over come something hard? How can you help others overcome tragedy in their lives? Is there a scene or a story that speaks to you or this theme, one you made up or perhaps have read? Anything to do with tragic because I am a bit of a self centered American when it comes to 9/11 and I think it may be an appropriate theme for the day and to remind us of exactly what where would like to stop and why.
